My students view reading as something scary, hard, impossible, and uninviting. I want to change their perspectives and show them that reading is not only great for learning, but also something comfortable, enjoyable and rewarding! I want to create a reading environment that is warm and welcoming for my students! Being able to create a reading nook for students with comfortable Big Joe Milano Bean Bag Chairs, a DIY Adjustable Bookcase that isn't falling apart, and a Quartet Dry Erase Board to share ideas, quotes, etc related to the books they are reading will go a long way in fostering their English growth!

About my class
