Our classroom is an active learning environment each and every day! We have a very diverse classroom with many students who are relocated often due to the military. We have a classroom of flexible seating and free choices of being able to move about when needed. Students are allowed to move where they can learn. They sit at our small table with stools, lay on yoga mats on the floor, or simply sit on the carpet with lap trays. I encourage students to learn by exploring and discussing. I strive to provide my students the opportunity to learn by problems solving and working together in collaborative groups. My goal in my classroom is to prepare each and every student for their future and allow them to be successful and productive. From Dyslexia to ADHD, our class is a thriving group of blooming learners!
