Our diverse student body is putting on a spring musical, The Lion King, Jr. Students are learning about specific African countries and our musical brings the setting of Africa and the Pridelands to life. Our project includes students from pre-k through 8th grade. We will be working together as an ensemble to merge our students' skills in acting, singing, dance, art, and band or strings to produce four spectacular performances in June. Our musical is connected to our school's theme and celebration of diversity integrating the arts in the classroom. We are in need of costumes for our ensemble members. We would love to get colorful tunics for our cast. They would be a unifying element for the show. We also would like to get some additional costume pieces like shirts to enhance character wardrobe. We would greatly appreciate any help you can give us. Much gratitude!
