The use of headphones with microphones will give my students full use of their reading and math curriculum. Their curriculum includes a whole group, small group, and computer component. Students need to listen to instruction, type answers, and give verbal answers. They are assessed on their reading comprehension, writing, and reading abilities with the program. Headphones will help improve my student's reading, writing , and mathematics skills on a daily basis. Due to the nature of their disabilities, headphones will occasionally be broken and need to be replaced often. Having extra headphones to use right away will help the student continue learning without waiting for delivery of new ones.
