At the start of the year, our students haven't seen the inside of a school building in two years. They've had to adjust to remote learning and missed out on the chance to learn in a community environment. One of the first things I noticed about my students this year was how eager they were to get their hands on physical books. The joy and intrigue on a child's face when they read a good book is priceless. With your support, I can set up our own classroom library filled with grade appropriate books. My students vary in their reading levels but one thing they all have in common is a love of reading. I would love to provide these kids with the library they deserve.
