Our rural location and transportation costs limit my students from being able to experience the world around them. We are able to take local trips but most of my students have no concept of the vastness of our amazing planet and what it offers. With Google Expeditions Kit, my students will have access to more...by bringing the world into our classroom! By offering more in-depth STEM projects we will be able to develop a better understanding of the Earth and the impact humans have on our planet. My students will be able to virtually visit countless locations, and learn about the needs for STEM solutions that exist beyond our local community, thus preparing them to meet expectations set by the global marketplace.
