I teach 6th-8th grade Language Arts at a charter to school in Washington, DC and I love my classes. My students are full of energy and enjoy learning new material and concepts. My students love to explore and go off campus to learn about new facts and historical events that took place in our great city. I teach my students to work in collaborative groups to complete group projects and use their critical thinking skills to answer text dependent questions. I enjoy teaching and also learning along with my students every day.
