Hello, I am an elementary school art teacher in Paterson. I used to have to travel class to class with a box of supplies, but this year I was blessed with a room this year thanks to my wonderful Principal! I put on 2 art shows a year and enter my students in contests who actually won this year to be a part of William Paterson University's student art display! Unfortunately ,do to budget cuts, I have done my own fundraising to help buy supplies to teach a wonderful art program to my students. Since I moved into my new art room, I have been decorating it with paintings from my grandmother's home and my own artwork to inspire children. Some things I would like to eventually add to my room are: an interactive board to display beautiful art from the artists I teach about and various styles of art and videos; Art tables to spread out more evenly. Thank you for funding me!
