As we work and collaborate on our S.T.E.A.M Pathway, it's important to enthusiastically share our work with each other. My students enjoy using our document camera and projector to show off their work whether it's an exciting Science experiment, writing lines of code on their iPads and then teaching their peers how to fix a 'bug', using the the Engineering Design Process to demonstrate this year's Civil Engineering project, their latest "Art Masters" Art masterpieces, or Mathematical justifications in their Interactive Journals; they LOVE being the teacher, presenter, collaborator, and mentor. We really need a better document camera and projector to make this happen. Our current set-up is old, dim, and outdated. Students can barely see the work presented, and it's time to get Room 21 in the 21st century! The ability to effectively present to peers is a huge self esteem booster. Confidence is essential for success and all students enjoy the excitement of teaching others. Please help us!
