The students at my school come from various cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Most of my students are eager to help out, assist students with intellectual disabilities, help create and maintain an eco-friendly environment and have been recognized by the State as a "Green School" which recognize those exemplary efforts undertaken by schools to increase the environmental awareness and stewardship of its students. We have approximately 600 seventh graders who rotate through our health program. Each teacher takes their students into health, so all of them will have an opportunity to utilize the FitDesks!!
