My hope is that my students are able to access the math curriculum and become more curious and confident with math through escape room activities. Lock boxes and locks are a staple of any escape room activity. Students can be given fun ways to review, practice and discover any math concept using an escape room format. I want my students to be able to experience some of the fun activities that they are seeing on youtube, through an educational lens. White boards allow students to engage in discovery of math concepts in a low pressure environment during a teacher directed lessons with a fun way to practice their skills.
