The use of computers is a must in a 21st century classroom. Healthcare has evolved to where any student who aspires to have a career in a health care field must have a working knowledge of how to use the computer. Students are able to perform virtual autopsies, explore career opportunities, monitor current events, just to name a few of the uses for a computer in the classroom. My students enjoy the ability to interact with healthcare professionals via the Internet. Technology has given us the opportunity to have many experiences in a classroom or lab setting that would previously have required us to travel.

About my class
