The Pathways Program is a EBD based program within a public school. The students in Pathways programs have exhibited a wide age and number of adverse childhood experience and there is a focus on mental health and trauma-informed programming. Students in our program also exhibit a wide range of conditions such as externalizing, internalizing and social-cognitive challenges that require common and a variety of strategies to support their needs. The students in my classroom range in grades 3-5.
