My school is in a low socioeconomic area of Arizona. When I took over the band program we had 35 students. Over the last year and with the success of our students and support from our administration, our 35 students have quickly grown to over 100. With the radical number of students now in band it is very necessary to expand the learning process for our percussion section. These orchestra bells are a great start! My students are mostly Hispanic, living in a very low socioeconomic area of Arizona. These students are hard working and take great pride in their school and their students. Now that our band has taken off, this group is also something that they take great pride in. Just to give you an idea at our school we wear uniforms everyday except for Fridays. On Fridays, over half the band wears their band performance polo shirt to show off their pride of being a part of the Pastor Pride Band.
