My students see technology all around them but their access to technology is limited to weekly visits to our outdated computer lab. With three new Chromebook computers, my students will be able to access the Internet, research topics they are interested in and download digital books. They will be able to develop technology skills that will help them as they progress through middle school and high school. With the support of technology, my students may stop struggling with academic subjects and start to develop skills that will last them a lifetime. It is my hope that if we engage these students now, they may find success in school and a love for learning!
