I teach a bilingual class in Texas full of energetic, curious, and big hearted first graders. My school is a high-need Title I campus that works hard on closing the achievement gap. My class is composed entirely of English Language Learners who need and receive instruction in English and Spanish. I am looking to increase our classroom library so that my students can have a larger selection of engaging texts that are appropriate for their reading level.
