If I’m fortunate enough to have this project funded, I will be able to really assist every parent and student who requests information about free clinics, social services, how to apply for insurance coverage and most importantly keep them up to date on their vaccines!I can help them by printing out the needed papers with a new printer and ink. It will allow me to keep absences down by printing out the excluded deadlines for students who do not keep up with their required immunizations! I will be able to print individual healthcare plans, dental screenings, hearing screenings and vision exams with instructions to follow up with the proper agencies. Also, when parents come in with a small piece of folded paper that is extremely difficult to read because it has most likely been through a lot and is usually the only copy they have, I am able to make a copy for them and also keep a copy for myself!
