These election books will help my students better understand the election process. We will read and learn all about this process and even have an election ourselves in the classroom. Each of these books show and explain a different part of the election process. It's election year! The students will write a speech about why they should be the class president. Every student will read their speeches and we will do an initial vote. The top two winners of the initial vote will have to write and read another speech to the class. We will then vote again for the class president. The class president will have responsibilities in the classroom.
