These seating options will provide the flexibility that some of my students need in order to make their learning experience more engaging and easier to handle. As a person who struggles with ADHD, I full understand their inability to sit still for very long. I know that having the option to sit on the floor or in a chair that allows movement gives my students the freedom to move while still staying engaged in the learning process. Your donation towards flexible seating will allow my students to choose where they sit as they learn in my classroom and this will help give them ownership of their learning. I have learned that giving students a choice often makes them less disruptive and more ready to be engaged in class. This allows them to have some control over what they believe they need to be successful in my classroom.
