There's never enough support when it comes to educating our students with special needs. At my school, there's just not enough technology available to support each student. I find myself competing with other teachers to use the computer lab that it becomes frustrating and stressful. I am willing to do all I can to provide the best opportunities for my small class. My students need these requested three Acer Chromebook laptop computers to help them learn, build, and apply 21st Century skills in Science and Social Studies. Many of them do not have access to the internet or computers at home. My students deserve the opportunity to excel with the use of Chromebooks in our classroom that will support them now and in the near future. Students will be able to utilize the Chromebooks as a technological tool to support them in labs, research, ethical and etiquette use of technology.
