My students attend a Title I school in the heart of California's Central Valley. I have been an educator here for going on 4 years. The students have a really difficult time seeing what is on the screen. I have had the classroom projector replaced with other old and used projectors only to have it go out as well. I am over having my students struggle to read the screen or follow along to a video clip because they cannot see or make out words that are projected. I would love to eliminate that unnecessary struggle and have my students maximum engagement. There is no budget available for a good projector so I would keep getting old projectors with used bulbs. This projector would allow my students to understand and become more engaged during class discussions in which we point out details of phenomena or pause a video to discuss certain features and characteristics of species we are studying. If my students could clearly see what is on the board, it would benefit them immensely. Help my students see what they have been missing in my eighth-grade science class!
