My students come from every background and have hugely varied interests. My goal is to foster those varied interests through photography and digital art! I love to create projects that allow students to be inspired and create their own subject matter that is specific to what they want to learn about. My students are incredibly diverse - at Mallard Creek High School, we have well over 2,000 students, and we are one of the most ethnically diverse with a 91% minority population. These differences are highlighted and celebrated in my classroom, with students learning to express themselves and have fun through learning to use cameras, professional editing software, and more to create artwork.
