My students are 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who attend their local middle school. My students are all awesome individuals. They each inspire me in their own way with their positive attitudes and persistence. Even though my students all have special needs, they do not let this stop them! They attend at least one class with the regular students in the school and have lunch buddies that they get to eat with each week. They are curious and love to learn. They work hard each day despite their needs. They do not let their needs slow them down at all! We focus on the individual strengths of each student and build on that!
