Many of today's classrooms are enhanced by technology. Whether it's learning and practicing typing skills or practicing math fact fluency through a computer game, laptops are essential in education. However, many classrooms don't have the proper technology, cutting students off from being able to expand their knowledge and skills. By funding this project you are directly impacting the education of young men in DC who do not have daily access to technology in the classroom. These laptops and headphones will be used in the technology center in our classroom. This is where students practice individualized literacy skills and math fact fluency daily. The computer programs we use give students the practice they need to boost their skills.

About my class
