The scholars my school are very talented and eager to learn in music class. We have some classroom percussion instruments, but we need recorders for the 3rd grade class to learn and perform their songs. This group of kids love to perform, sing, and move to the music. I want to give them an opportunity to experience different instruments that could possibly inspire a musical future. Being a first year teacher, I have had to use my imagination and available resources to make my class fun and educational. My vision is to help the kids achieve something they can be proud of and I believe learning a new instrument is considered a great accomplishment in anyones book!
