Our school desperately needs a new sound system. The one we currently use is very old and does not produce a clear quality sound. At our school, every child gets to participate in a music program at least once a year. Students work hard to prepare concerts for their families, the school and our community. Often, students ask, "When can we perform again?" They truly love to be given the opportunity to shine through music. Students at my school also get to have Physical Education class 3 times a week. With a new sound system, students will be able to have access to better quality sound in the gym while they are working out and engaging in physical activities. Who doesn't like to work out to music? This project is a big one but I truly believe that if funded, it will benefit every student in our school. Throughout the school year we use our sound system in the following ways: Three music programs, Quarterly Awards Ceremonies, Physical Education Class, Field Day, School Wide Talent Show, School Dances, and school wide assemblies. Please consider donating to our project, 220 beautiful children will be forever grateful.
