I encourage my students to read, read, read! But that's a whole lot easier said than done. Many students don't have easy access or funds to do that, and they don't always arrive to me with a natural desire to spend their time lost in a good book. By adding more high interest reads to my classroom library, including books made popular by the movies or Netflix, I hope students keep borrowing and spread the word about the great finds in my library. And eventually, I hope we'll become kindred spirits with our mutual love of reading. Thank you for helping me encourage my students to become lifelong readers.
