Hello everyone, and welcome to my page! I am a high school teacher in the rural mountains of North Carolina. A little bit about my community and the students I serve: The county I live in has only one school system, and all three schools (elementary, middle and high) are on the same campus and share resources such as the cafeteria and school buses. We are a very close community, but lack funding needed to help the school system live up to its full potential. We are a Title-I system, and have practice in place, such as free breakfast for ever student in the school system, to ensure our students get the basic needs of survival. Unfortunately, our funds for extra things in the classroom are limited, which is why I have created this page. Thank you all fro your continued support of the public education system of North Carolina, and your investment in our nation's youth.
