The materials selected will help organize the guided reading program I will implement during after school tutorials. The goal is to give my students more one on one support after school where they can feel comfortable working to improve reading levels. All materials would be kept separate so it is only used for after school tutorial and organized based on reading levels. The students will keep track of their growth through guided reading centers. The guided reading centers will be implemented during after school tutorial and the materials selected will enable me to keep student's work/products organized and easily accessible. My students will benefit greatly from guided reading as their remediation. They are excited to get started and I am thrilled they asked me to be their motivator.
