I truly believe every student has the ability to learn and succeed! Students deserve the chance to grow and excel but the only way to achieve that is to help guide them with the appropriate tools and resources they need. Students benefit from hands-on, interactive learning materials as well as kinesthetic activities to aid them in retaining new information. Most of my students are also ELL's! Having been a bilingual student, I understand how important it is to have vast opportunities and supports in order to learn a new language and excel in it. Sensory materials such as cushions and seating provide students with sensory input to better help them focus in class. I believe all classrooms should be print rich, and full of learning and exploration. Help me, help my students and give them the opportunities they deserve. "Together we can make a difference!" at ps 173 we are family!
