We are willing to learn from one another and accept feedback in order to grow. Our classroom requires students to push themselves and be constantly looking for ways to improve. We all are developing a growth mindset. We acknowledge that we have many similarities, but we also have differences. We understand that every student is an individual and needs individualized attention. Our classroom is a calm space, a happy space. Our classroom is changing lives.
