These items will make a difference as it relates to students' learning because although most of our students are at or above grade level reading and math, they have a difficult time focusing on Zoom calls that each one attends 4-5 times a day. The virtual transition has been tough on them and my co-teacher, Ms. Jessica as well as myself would like some type of rewards as it relates to behavior before, during and after students' Zoom lessons. During our free time, the Legos, Chess, and PlayDoh activities will help students with problem solving, spatial learning, and critical thinking skills. The fidget spinners and other fidgets will assist in focusing issues in the aforementioned paragraph. The exercise bands will assist in extra energy that students have when sitting down during individual and classroom Zooms. The nub-seat cushions also assist in relaxing our students and help lengthen attention short attention spans of K-2nd graders. Thank you so much for helping out this holiday season!
