My students need a classroom rug to sit on during times of explicit instruction and centers. Our classroom is large and sometimes overwhelming in size when trying to learn due to sound and space. The classroom rug will make learning intimate during group times and allow my students to utilize flexible seating options at center time. The classroom rug will stay in our reading area and allow children to be comfortable instead of sitting on the hard tile that they use now. My students love leaving their desks and having the freedom to learn their way. This rug will allow them to do that and make the environment the best it can be for them.
