I have so many ideas in creating the most fun learning experience for my students with one of them being a classroom economy where my students learn skills such as writing checks, applying for jobs, paying rent and taxes. There are worksheets and activities I plan on creating myself that will provide an interactive and exciting learning experience for my students. With teachers being provided a limited number of copies, I plan to use the laminator to reuse worksheets & print out money for this math experience to be sustainable. I plan to use the Cricut to present the most realistic and quality materials to my students so that I can present more options and possibilities in creating the best lessons. I can also incorporate it into their learning experience by teaching them how to create quality material and use it for their art projects. The math blocks will be helpful for my students to tangibly learn math through the utilization of manipulatives. These items would be a dream to have in my classroom as I begin my first year teaching.
