Students in our applied technologies class are planning to refurbish our stand up work "bar" with student artwork decoupaged into the work surface. Students are researching interior design principles and drawing up plans for how the space will be reinstalled in a new area of the room to maximize airflow and the view of our outdoor green-space. This student design team has requested stools with foot and backrests to allow students who do not want to stand to also use this workspace. Students' finished project will be used by multiple classes each day, and their planning and design learning will be showcased on a mock website advertising their interior design business.

About my class
