My classroom is self-contained with students who have special needs. My students range from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Many of my students have a dual classification of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Speech or Language disorders. Our classroom focuses on developing a child’s speech, language, verbal communication, functional communication, motor movements, and much more! These kiddos are excited to learn and grow everyday. The items on my list will help my students enhance their focus, and support their educational growth. Stability ball chairs and wobble chairs help my students to fulfill some of their sensory needs, while continuing to focus on our lessons.
