I teach a first grade 6:1:1 class for students with severe autism. Our school is completely dedicated to teaching students with autism. All of my students are between four and seven years old and vary from being completely nonverbal to using full sentences. We have a diverse classroom, including some English Language Learners. My six students each have their own powerful personality and have made great strides since they started in our school. I am so proud of the progress they have made!
