GALA is the first PUBLIC all-girls STEM school in the state of California. Our focus is to support girls in developing values of excellence, leadership, wellness, and honor, while providing a rigorous curriculum. GALA students come from over 50 different zip codes and is currently the only school of its kind. We seek to provide high quality STEM education in a setting that celebrates a girl's approach to problem-solving and encourages girls of all demographics to seek jobs in STEM fields where they are seriously underrepresented.
