My students are a wonderful group of young Scholars who are overcoming many struggles in their lives, living in the city of St. Louis. Almost all of them come from low-income single-family homes. They work hard every day and love learning despite the circumstances around them, both at home and school. A majority of my Scholars are below grade level, but they are grateful for the opportunities they have received this year.

About my class
