My classroom is not very big and I have as many as 35 middle school students in my room at the same time taking tests and exams. My students sit very close together and having to take these tests side-by-side can create a distraction for some students. Having privacy partitions will reduce this distraction and help students focus on their tests. Having dictionaries in the classroom can help my students achieve greater academic success when completing assignments. We do not currently have any dictionaries in the classroom. Lastly, the file cabinet will help me organize my materials by class and unit. This will also help get some clutter off of my desk to make room for other things.
