These items allow for me to set up a classroom environment that gives flexible seating options to high school students who have a range of academic, behavioral, social/emotional disabilities. These options will allow students to be more focused in the classroom, allow for movement breaks, meditation, yoga, and allow for better access to the curriculum. Having these options inside the classroom will make it easier to lead the class through brain breaks, meditations, yoga routines to support positive mental health. Flexible seating options allow students to fidget, move around, and stretch as needed without causing added noise or distractions.

About my class
