There are some teacher resources that are not available to me because I have to spend so much of my classroom money on STEM supplies. I have asked for these so that many students, years to come, will be able to benefit from it. I also need classroom sets of scissors and markers because the students in my area do not have access to basic supplies. Providing supplies for one classroom is hard enough, try having three. I am the only science teacher for the grade that I teach. I have to purchase all of the consumable supplies that I need for projects out of my classroom money. This means that a lot of things get cut out. I want to be able to provide for my students a truly enriching environment and learning experience.
