At my school, we are fortunate to be a Green Academy, which means we accept transfer students from all over the district. As a result, we have a diverse range of students from many backgrounds. We also have a lot of students in special education or other learning disabilities. I work with students from all of these groups in my ELA class, where I try to make reading come alive for the students and build a love of reading for the future.
