We are in need of headphones and storage so that students will be able to use laptops in the classroom without distractions or distracting others. Students use laptops in partnerships, independently, and in small groups to explore bookmarked sites from the Internet which helps deepen their understanding of math and science content. Headphones will enable us to use the iPads effectively in the busy classroom setting. My students are especially motivated by science and math content and activities which allow them hands-on or multi-media experiences. We recently got new laptops and storage in my classroom. However, we need headphones to effectively use these digital tools.

About my class
