These materials will help give equitable access to my students in learning English after limited interaction the past year. We will have a multitude of approaches to learning to best fit and adapt to all of my student's individual needs. These things will also help to create a safe and welcoming environment for my students in Los Angeles through the use of group activities, comforting and stress-reducing spaces and decor used to motivate the students to find inspirations in leaders of all backgrounds, ethnicities and sexualities to encourage the students own self discovery. Encouraging growth mindsets are also a huge part of the educational method in my class
