Last year, my music classroom received beautiful baritone ukuleles for my students to learn. Ukulele is my year long musical project with my 4th grade class to teach them about the science, technique and to expose them to string instruments. Part of this experience is performing with our ukuleles at programs. An issue we ran into last year was where to put them when not in use during concerts. In a pinch, we placed them on the gym floor and placed safety cones around them. It worked but isn't an ideal long term situation. Accidents happen - people accidentally step on instruments or an instrument could be crushed while on the ground. In order to keep these beautiful instruments safe and secure during concerts, I am seeking specific ukuleles stands that will hold them upright which will look better than placing them on the ground and most importantly, keep them safe from damage.
