I service students from pre-k to 5th grade. They present with speech-language delays that range from moderate to severe. Some students present with such articulatory deficits that they require use of communication devices, others may present with difficult with processing and use of language. These difficulties place my students at risk for difficulty with peer relationships. Academic success is often challenging for students with speech-language delays, especially when their families have limited resources or educational limitations. These children and their families significant support from their educators.
