In kindergarten, students grow drastically and are constantly craving new learning opportunities. They begin to understand the concept of print and show pride as they grow as readers. To support this drive and love of learning, I need to provide rich print for my students at their early levels. Even in this early grade, my students practice reading independently and enjoy picking books that spark their individual interests. These readers will give my students access to a variety of books that they can pick to read independently as well as books that we can explore all together in a guided reading setting.

About my class
