I teach at a wonderful middle school in the college town of Greenville, NC. Go Pirates! Our school is special in that we serve a very diverse population of about 750 students. I have the privilege of being an AIG teacher, currently serving academically gifted students in grades 6-8 . Each student I teach brings a unique talent to our classroom, be they an athlete, artist, coding enthusiast, or aspiring politician. Our community is very supportive of our school and I would like to expand upon their efforts by seeking additional funding to provide opportunities for more students to succeed. A funded grant will inspire and motivate both students and their teachers!
