With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their individual grade level. These new books will allow my students to choose a book to read independently. This will increase the likelihood of them engaging in more reading. Having a set of books in our classroom library will definitely allow my students to want to share what they learn with their classmates and gain a desire to know more about the topic they chose. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy reading on the carpet. They can also complete work there, and they read independently!
